A Mini Retreat & Healing Experience

Immerse yourself in an afternoon of igniting your spirit and moving, nourishing and resting your body.

The session begins with chanting and mantra led by Kevin Yee-Chan followed by an extended, slow and strong Vinyasa class co-taught by Kevin and Tracey Noseworthy with adjustments for deeply feeling into your practice.

Healthy organic snacks and nutritious tonics are provided post practice to replenish.

Students will led in more chanting and meditation followed by a Yin and Restorative practice taught by Rachel Sadava with optional therapeutic touch, essential oils & gentle massage by facilitators and guest Kali Navada.

The day will close with a Yoga Nidra (yogic sleep) and a full sound healing session with Colin Hillstrom
